Development
Criteria

  • 1-10+ acres
  • Property value up to $5,000,000 not including development costs
  • Zoned land or a visible path to securing entitlements for 100+ units is ideal but will consider sites that can accommodate 40+
  • Water Rights or a realistic path to obtaining them is required
  • Must be within a 45-minute commute to a major resort market
