Adaptive reuse of former printing facility consisting of 47 residential loft units and adjacent 2-story parking structure.  The project was entitled and successfully marketed as loft condominiums achieving sold out status within 3 weeks of its launch.  The project was subsequently sold to another developer with interest in adjacent properties and incorporated into a larger project.
